
After
clearing Customs, guests will proceed to exit and be greeted
by uniformed bilingual Cabo Wings staff that will be standing
approximately 30 feet away from the restricted area with the
name of the host. Once guests are greeted they will be led
to their respective transportation, easily identified by signage,
unless otherwise specified by client.
After claiming their own luggage travelers stop by the Customs
counter where stop lights for luggage revision need to be
cleared. Guests then walk to the exit door marked “Transportation”
(right side) and out through the automatic glass doors where
Cabo Wings staff will be waiting. Airport regulations do not
permit us to enter to the airport beyond this point.

There are two roads to reach destination from the airport.
The old road that drives through town and traffic and a Toll-Road
highway that goes directly from the airport to the hotel corridor
that delivers guest to destination approximately 15 minutes
faster.

Cabo
Wings will program transfers as per flights itineraries provided
by the client. Changes need to be communicated to Cabo Wings
staff promptly and preferably in writing. Hotel pick-ups are
normally scheduled 2½ to 3 hours prior to flight departures.
Our staff will meet guests at the hotel lobby for the drive
back to the airport.

We highly recommend identifying your entire luggage with
each passenger name, including hand–held pieces. This
allows for easy identification at the sky caps, hotel bell-desks
and by Cabo Wings staff.
